Meet the delightful Poppi, an Anatolian Shepherd mix of 6 months and about 30-35 pounds. (She’ll mature to around 60 pounds.) Poppi was taken in by a good Samaritan who would happily keep her except she already has 3 dogs herself! Poppi does get along well with those three dogs including a dominant female. She also likes people! Poppi loves to explore and when off leash won’t run away. She’s doing well with potty training but not quite there yet. However, she is crate trained. Poppi is a girl who is sweet and loving, a joy to have around!!! (posted 8/10/25, CP)

Adoption fee: $395 covers quarantine, shots, worming, medical records, spaying/neutering, microchip, and an Alabama State Health Certificate.
Transport fee: $160 if needed. We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during each trip. We make every effort to arrive with healthy and minimally stressed dogs.
Adoption fees for Hope dogs and those who have been at rescue for prolonged amounts of time are reduced to $150 plus a $100 transport fee, as notated in their listings.
