Franklin was found all alone on the streets, trying to rent the space under someone's house. The homeowners said it wasn’t for rent and Franklin had to come to the shelter to see if owners would come for him. Unfortunately, no one came. Now he is eager to "own" a home and never have to worry about renting under a home again. Seriously, Franklin is the best boy! He is incredibly sweet, adores people, eagerly seeks their attention, and simply wants to be loved. He's still a little puppy-like, which just makes him even more adorable. Franklin is dog selective so it would be best for him to be the only dog in the home. With some fun stuff to do and some good parents to guide him, he's gonna be amazing!
