Just look at that face! Bandit is a 2- to 3-year-old Shih Tzu mix with a great personality. Even though he weighs only about 10 pounds, his love of life is huge! He’s a very dapper fella, too, with his long white and tan coat and his tail that curls over his back. He’s especially proud of that tail and tries to show it off whenever possible.  Although we aren’t sure how he is around small children, Bindy gets along well with other dogs as well as his foster’s cat.
