Low fee! Roxie is a lucky girl! Luckly, you say? Isn’t she 9 years old and found along the side of the road almost bald? Lucky? Yup! Because she was found by a good Samaritan who took her in and cared for her until she was healthy again (and no longer bald). Because the Samaritan could not keep her, however, she surrendered this Yorkie mix to us because she knew we would do everything we could to find Roxie a good home! Once again, lucky because we were just the right rescue!
