Huey is a tricolor pit and terrier mix. He is about 10 years old and is house broken. Huey is unfortunately heart worm positive and may not be a good candidate for heart worm treatment because of his age. You would need to discuss this issue with your veterinarian. Huey seems healthy otherwise. He is great with other dogs and possibly cats too. He is so great natured that we are betting that he will be fine with kids. He is very well-behaved, friendly, and outgoing. Huey just wants a place to call home where he can live out his years with people who will love and cherish him.
