Butter is one exquisite boy! He is a 4-year-old mix of Carolina Dog and Shepherd and has reached his mature weight of 50-55 pounds. He wears a medium coat of red and gold that shimmers in the sun. He is a good boy who knows a few commands including “sit” and “shake" and gently takes his reward treat from your hand. Butter is very easy going and loves other dogs; however, he is not a fan of cats. We ask that any children in the home be older than 12 years because we feel that a loud home may frighten our dear Butter. This affectionate boy loves giving hugs, being brushed, and receiving belly rubs and his favorite activities are walking and playing with tennis balls.
