This good-looking fellow is Blue, a 1 ½ year old mix of Lab and Husky. He weighs about 55 pounds now and shouldn’t increase in weight anymore (unless you feed him doughnuts!). The first time you meet him, you’ll see how his short, black coat shines in the sun! Blue (called that due to one of his eyes being part blue) is a good boy. He gets along well with other dogs at daycare and he’s terrific with his foster’s six-year-old son. They love each other so much! Although Blue gets along with all kids, it might be best if your family doesn’t have small children. Blue would never in a million years intentionally hurt them, but he gets very excited at play and, due to his large size, could knock them over. Blue is shy upon first meeting people, but it will not take him long to warm up to you. He would do best in a home with another dog in which he would have a pal who could help him feel more comfortable with his time spent alone. A canine friend would really be great! A fine boy, he would be a great addition to your family! (posted 2/2/2023)
