Last Chance HOPE Dogs

We would love nothing more than to rescue every dog from the high-kill shelter, but we obviously have space constraints. Our HOPE dogs, whose days are sadly numbered, are some of those who remain at the shelter. You are their last HOPE.

Transportation

Husband and wife team Ashlee and Troy Gonzalez transports our newly adopted dogs every 4-6 weeks from their fosters’ homes in Alabama to their new adoptive families in the Northeast.

Crossing Paths Animal Rescue

What We Do

Our volunteers work diligently to find loving ‘forever’ homes for as many homeless dogs as possible. The dogs that we rescue are abandoned and would otherwise have very little hope of survival.

Crossing Paths rescued more than 1000 dogs in 2021. We successfully placed 808 into loving and caring forever homes. The remaining rescues were transferred to other organizations where there was an even greater demand for their adoption...
